We rely on a combination of consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and legal obligation as our lawful bases for processing.

4. AI-Assisted and Hybrid Content Transparency

weareSJx occasionally uses AI-assisted systems (such as “Skyler Jayne”) to help draft or enhance written content, communications, and insights.
 

All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, edited, and approved by a human (Samantha Jane) before publication or distribution.
 

AI systems do not process or store personal data directly unless explicitly disclosed in a separate context (e.g., My-Coevolution app, which has its own privacy policy).

5. Sensitive Data

Some of our wellbeing or self-reflection questions may touch upon areas related to lifestyle, emotional state, or productivity. These are not medical or diagnostic assessments.
 

We only collect this data with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw it at any time. Data is stored securely and anonymized wherever possible.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We only share personal data when necessary for legitimate business functions, such as:
 

  • Email marketing: Mailchimp or Wix Email.

  • Payments: Stripe, and in future, Shopify.
